The Haryana Congress Disciplinary Motion Committee (DAC) is about to arrange a document and produce its resolution to the social gathering top command in regards to the alleged cross-voting through 5 Congress MLAs in final month’s Rajya Sabha elections.
The committee, chaired through senior chief Dharampal Malik, met on the Haryana Congress place of work on Friday night.
The 5 MLAs are accused of cross-voting in favour of the BJP-backed unbiased candidate. Satish Nandal has been issued a show-cause understand for “anti-party actions” through intentionally now not supporting the Congress legit candidate.
Polling for the 2 Rajya Sabha seats in Haryana used to be hung on March 16. The social gathering has named 5 legislators for defying the whip: Jarnail Singh, Renu Bala, Shalli Chaudhary, Mohammad Illyas and Mohammad Israil.
