Actor Karan Wahi dismisses marriage speculation with a sarcastic Instagram post
Actor Karan Wahi has strongly denied rumors of a wedding with his longtime friend and co-star Jennifer Winget, calling the reports “Fake News” as of January 28, 2026.
Karan’s Response
Speaking to Hindustan Times and Indian Express, Wahi dismissed the wedding gossip outright. He also took to Instagram Stories with a sarcastic post: “Free ki PR ke liye bahut bahut shukriya” (Thank you very much for the free PR).
The rumors gained traction after fans began speculating about the duo’s relationship following their recent on-screen reunion.
Just Good Friends
Karan and Jennifer first worked together in the popular medical drama Dill Mill Gayye, where they played Dr. Siddhant Modi and Dr. Riddhima Gupta. The two reunited in 2024 for Raisinghani vs Raisinghani, sparking fresh fan speculation about a real-life romance.
Sources confirm the pair share a strong platonic friendship, nothing more. Their chemistry on screen has repeatedly fueled gossip, but both have maintained they are simply close friends.
Their Personal Lives
Jennifer Winget was previously married to actor Karan Singh Grover from 2012 to 2014. She was also linked to actor Tanuj Virwani in the past, though both denied those rumors.
Karan Wahi, who was rumored to be dating Uditi Singh, is currently single. He will next be seen alongside Surbhi Jyoti in the upcoming project Seven And A Half Dates.
Jennifer is set to appear in a Netflix series with Parineeti Chopra.
No Wedding Plans
Multiple outlets including Hindustan Times, NDTV, and Moneycontrol have confirmed there is no evidence supporting wedding plans between the two actors. The speculation appears to be entirely fan-driven gossip with no basis in reality.
Both actors continue to focus on their respective careers while maintaining their friendship off-screen.
