Gurgaon witnessed another tragic case of reckless driving when a 20-year-old man ran over a local businessman during a late-night hit-and-run. Police identified the victim as 45-year-old Rakesh Malhotra, a resident of DLF Phase-3, who worked as a real estate consultant. The accident occurred near Udyog Vihar Phase-4 around 11:30 pm on Tuesday. According to investigators, the speeding car struck Malhotra while he crossed the road after parking his vehicle.
